As the tourism season grows across Newfoundland more and more businesses are opening their doors to both visitors and residents of the Bonavista Peninsula.
This year we are excited to welcome a few new faces to the area and wish them the best of luck in their first season!
A new Irish bar opening in Bonavista right on Church Street. This pub will operate year-round, and will be serving traditional Irish fare with a Newfoundland twist. We’re looking forward to a pint!
A textile business specialising in hand dying and printing, Yellow Rose will be relocating from the Quidi Vidi Plantation to a restored property on Church Street in downtown Bonavista. Guests will be able to purchase the beautiful handmade home decor and accessories.
Newfoundland Sea Salt Company
More newcomers to the peninsula, the Newfoundland Salt Company are relocating to the Bonavista Peninsula to expand their production and continue to offer high quality Newfoundland salt to restaurants and visitors both locally, across Newfoundland, and abroad.
Last but not least, a new tour company is starting up on the peninsula. Operating driving and walking tours around Bonavista and surrounding towns, Bonavista Adventure Tours will be a great opportunity for guests to learn more about this beautiful place we call home.
